The annual Gifford Community Celebration will be taking place this Saturday, June 24th.

Saturday June 17th the Village will be hosting a dump day. Please take this opportunity to clean up and keep Gifford looking great! Dump day will take place, rain or shine.
Dump day will take place by the Village storage garage from 8am until Noon and will cost $10 per dump. We will also have a dumpster for metal recyclables.
Items that are NOT permitted: computers, TVs, yard waste, tires, and construction debris.

The 2017 GIfford Community Garage Sale will take place on June 10th. A number of the sales will also be open on Friday June 9th.

Recycling is an issue that comes up in our community and the City of Champaign has great information about the best ways to recycle electronics in the area.
Champaign County also has annual recycling events in the fall and spring. Their fall event has been completely booked (see link above).
